  The website is good, ordering is easy and the next day delivery is fantastic......when it all works. My order was missing some parts and it took nearly a week to get it sorted! I was told that the parts were with the courier but the courier said that they hadn't picked up anything for me. When I went back to Build Plumb their reaction was "Are you calling me a liar" which I did not appreciate! Build Plumb need to learn from Amazon and if parts are missing then just replace them and sort it out after. Their reaction has created an unhappy customer who will not be using their services again.
